Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SeekRouter's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. SeekRouter provides an AI model gateway that allows developers to access multiple AI models through a unified API.
Service Description
SeekRouter provides an AI gateway service that enables developers to: access multiple AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) through a single API endpoint; manage API keys and usage across organizations; monitor usage, costs, and performance; and route requests to optimal models based on availability and cost.
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with SeekRouter, you agree to: provide accurate and complete registration information; maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys; be responsible for all activities that occur under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; and not share your API keys publicly or with unauthorized parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SeekRouter services to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content; infringe on intellectual property rights of others; attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions; interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure; or distribute malware, spam, or other malicious content through the API.
API Usage and Rate Limits
SeekRouter may impose rate limits on API requests. Usage beyond your plan limits may result in throttling or additional charges. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice. You are responsible for implementing appropriate error handling for rate-limited requests.
Intellectual Property
SeekRouter and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeekRouter, Inc. The content you generate through AI models via our API belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. Our service name, logo, and branding are trademarks of SeekRouter, Inc.
Payment and Billing
SeekRouter operates on a credit-based system. You must maintain a positive credit balance to make API requests. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Data and Privacy
Your use of SeekRouter is also governed by our Privacy Policy. API request content is routed to third-party AI providers and is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not use your API request content to train models or for purposes other than providing the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party AI providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekRouter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of SeekRouter after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by local law.
